Last 1 decade spent in the most promising Healthcare sector in India. HR Leader at group level for past 7 yrs, started my healthcare journey with Fortis Healthcare Ltd in a Pan India role. Worked on HR strategy, HR Business partnering, Organization Development, performance Management, Learning & Development and lead multiple teams successfully across IT, ITES, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Infrastructure industry.
Worked with Key Opinion Leaders of Healthcare segment. In my current and last assignment, the organization grew almost 300% within a span of 3-4 yrs.
In HR career the toughest assignments as a leader are of the change management assignments. Managed 21 mergers and acquisitions in India, Asia & USA in 2 decades of my career in IT & Healthcare sectors. This also created a unique identity for me as a leader during Culture transition assignments.
In my current assignment the Business Scorecards are anchored by my team that clearly indicates the trust the business leaders have in HR capability in business partnering.
Above all the achievement, I would like to mention that I gave some fine HR Leaders back to industry who are now reaching new heights in their career.
