Group Executive with more than 20 years of corporate and C-suite HR management experience. Successful track record in developing, integrating and operationalizing Leadership Development strategies and C-Suite succession plans for local listed and global MNC companies in semiconductor sales and electronic manufacturing, automotive distribution, property development, energy and community healthcare sector. With hands-on regional HR management and operational experience in Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, India, China, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia) and US listed subsidiaries.

Active in professional HR community as past President of STADA 2007 to 2016. Served as Executive Council Member, SHRI from March 2019 to 2023.

Board HR Committee Member for SPD since 2021 and to-date.
